In my role as Security I have been involved in working under pressure to meet deadlines in challenging circumstances. . I have also undertaken training in listening skills for customer service, I received positive feedback from all clients on my performance and all clients and staff were pleased and reassured that they received the best service possible. Commit to Customer Service During the yrs of service I have had numerous occasions where I have had to effectively deal with and utilize customers in the commercial and entertainment environment. This could be dealing with customers in the day to day workshop setting but also it was dealing with party goers and event, having to meet and assess the needs of the client and then planning the requirements for events, then delivering the service expected and to achieve the best outcome for all involved. Think and Solve Problems During these events as in all crowd control situations, incidents arise where I have needed to think on my feet ie: such as in the event of private parties where I have had unwelcome guest or gate crashers, I have been able to utilize good communication skills deal with these situations without incidents most times which due to the locations of these events I have not been able to call for assistance, or Police presence to resolve situations. I have used my problem solving skills numerous times when plans would change due to weather and conditions or accidents happen during the events. Technology In all positions, I have had to keep up to date with computer systems, as the technology became more records and repairs became more computer based the records were all kept on computer files, the programs developed and techs, officers were required to research and keep up to date with industry standards all these standards were computer based as well, so I not only had to keep abreast of all training updates but had to keep my computer skills up to date I have also stayed informed of all policies relating to the proper use of company computers.
