  MC Interstate Truck Driver: Duties included loading of fresh poultry and delivering to Newcastle and various Sydney depots. Some unloading on my part but always with an electric pallet jack (I'm not strong enough for a manual) Reloading next day and returning to Brisbane. Some trips to Melbourne then back to Brisbane. Time schedules were kept as close as possible but, in this industry, quite hard to keep at times. Use of pogo sticks as well as corflutes. Setting refrigerated temperatures. Refuelling truck and trailers.
