    Geo Tech Drillers Offsider: • Skipping a few years to condense my resume, I took on a drillers off siding position knowing I like working outdoors and am interested in environmental sciences. • I became very interested in Geology after all I discovered whilst labouring and collecting core samples of the earth below where I worked. • I would assist the driller, handle drill rods attach drill head, collect core sample and document depth of core sample. • Maintain equipment, mix muds to keep existing hole from collapsing and drive truck and rig to and from location. • Safety procedures and practices, SDS's, Hazard controls and observing all the time for change in environmental conditions. • I enjoyed learning all I did with this job wishing I had become a geologist in my youth. I went to drilling for gold learning the operations of reverse cycle drilling in WA later down the track.

I enjoyed working with tools and demolition equipment.

    Concrete truck delivery driver: • I achieved a MR truck drivers licence and learned how to slump up concrete to required ratings. • Learned to operate a front end loader and mix different grades of concrete and different strength's. • Driving trucks and operating heavy machinery was the change I was looking for working regular hours and weekends mostly free.
