Operations: • Daily scheduling of sixty trucks, both company owned and contractors, in accordance with client requirements. • Establish and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing clients. • Management of transport requirements for clients such as Linfox, CSR Hebel, Boral Bricks, Rays Outdoors, Onesteel. This included extensive liaison with clients, matching their needs with available trucks, and allocating a variety of truck and trailer combinations for very specific job requirements. • Organising of daily schedules for sixty trucks. • Management and issuing of accounts for clients. • Recruitment of drivers and contractors. • Specific transport management for Krispy Kreme in Sydney and Central Coast, including developing delivery schedules, hiring of new staff and acquiring new trucks as the business expanded. • Induction and training of all new drivers. • In this role I successfully established an efficient storage system for clients, tracking incoming and outgoing stock and organizing efficient delivery schedules. • Relief driving in peak periods as the need arose.
