  Trainer and Assessor: CDC is a major Australian operator of passenger land transport. CDC is one of the largest private operators in Sydney, NSW and the only operator that holds a: • Sydney Metropolitan and Outer Metropolitan bus service contracts • Rural and Regional bus service contracts • NSW Train Link and • Sydney Trains Bus Services. CDC operates services under contracts within NSW via our Hillsbus, Hunter Valley Buses and Blue Mountains Transit, Forrest Bus brands. In Queanbeyan regional NSW, CDC operates under the Qcity Transit and Transborder Express brands and in Melbourne as CDC Victoria. Responsibilities: • Induction and onboarding of new staff members • Conducting training for all new employees • Assessing new and existing employees • Developing training packages for CDC drivers • Training for special projects (Station Link, WSU and Sydney trains crew shuttles) • Integrating external training partners • NSW Bus DA training • Knowledge of CDC routes • Customer Service • Training Drivers on CDC routes • Safe operation of variety of heavy vehicle's

  Business Development Manager: Chubb is a national service provider owned by UTC. Other companies under the UTC banner include Kidde, Chubb Security, Otis and Carrier. Chubb provides services for home, commercial, industrial and mining application. I held the following roles at Chubb - Portable Technician, Portable Supervisor, BDM and National Account Manager Responsibilities included: • Generating new business through cold calling, incoming queries and existing and lost customers and tenders • Organising meeting agendas, presentations to customers both internally and externally, recording minutes • Providing solution to customer issues • Service and Installation of fire equipment and Vehicle Suppression Systems • Marking up drawings for fire equipment installations (Woolworths, Australia Post, Caltex, BP) • Collection of outstanding debts • Training of new staff members • Supervising teams ranging in size from 8 - 16 people.
