About Me:

My name is Dillan I live in Flemington, Melbourne. I have been working full time in the Live Events industry for the past 5 years but have recently found myself without work due to COVID 19 pandemic, I have my HC, Fork, EWP, White card, First Aid ETC. I have just over 2 years experience driving Semis and 5 years experience driving medium rigid trucks, mostly long haul driving (between 300-900km) but also plenty of local deliveries to warehouses and work sites.     Production Manager: - Queanbeyan, NSW Logistics management, Line haul driving between 300-900kms, loading, driving and delivering loaded trucks to job sites and warehouses safely. Most of my experience has been with pantec trucks with synchro manual prime movers, however I have also had experience transporting tautliners and flat bed trucks to and from work sites or to and from warehouses, Repaired, prepped, packed, delivered, bumped in, operated, managed and bumped out gear for a large variety of small to large events with an efficient team. Worked as a radio technician on various productions of musical theatre e.g. Wicked, The Music Man, The Little Mermaid, We Will Rock You etc. Designed, programmed and mixed FOH on various productions of musical theatre e.g. The Full Monty, Wedding Singer, Shrek the musical, Fame, 42nd Street, Avenue Q etc. Comfortable and capable mixing, front-of-house and monitors (both wedges and IEMs) and as acting system tech on medium - large scale festivals and events. Bumped in and out a large variety of equipment, lighting, vision, truss, rigging but mainly audio equipment at all events ranging from small cooperate events to arena size shows. Inspected and tested all technical equipment to make sure it was functioning properly in the warehouse and performed troubleshooting to alleviate issues on site if the need were to arise. Operated sound consoles and managed audio content through effective mixing for a large variety of shows. Conducted site inspections and attended meetings with clients to discuss the most appropriate setup for their budget and needs. Collaborated with clients and performers to determine and achieve the desired sound for productions. Trained and mentored team members to continuously maintain high satisfaction and performance.
