  Natural Beauty Plant Farm

  Owner: A family run business based on the Fleurieu Peninsular providing herbs, plants, garden equipment, Trees and Shrubs to the local community. Duties and Responsibilities • Manage the day to day operations of the business • Liaise, select and communicate with all suppliers and select the appropriate products for the business • Manage all customer enquiries face to face and via phone and provide relevant advice based on customer requirements and information provided across products and plant requirements • Maintenance of all landscape installation and manage a safe and welcoming retail yard • Order all seedling stock propagating, cultivate and maintaining plants for sale • Cultivate and harvesting all the plants • Manage all pests and detecting any diseases and manage any issues and treat accordingly • Monitoring of all temperature, humidity and soils of plants • Management and maintenance of all tools and equipment used on the property • Manage all administrative aspects of the business including all the accounts, payroll, supplier invoices, BAS, GST through the effective use of MYOB • Recruitment and management of staff to assist with the business and during the peak periods • Ongoing development of industry knowledge to be able to provide customers with the most up to date information available • Day to day physical labouring work • Manage all Health and safety requirements for the nursery to ensure a safe environment for customers
