  Delivery Driver - Heavy Truck: As a delivery Driver, my general responsibility was to ensure that products are delivered on time and in the proper condition. I support packing, loading of products onto trucks before delivering orders to customers on predetermined routes. This was done in a timely and professional manner. Specific Responsibilities- ✓ Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner. ✓ Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied. ✓ Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles. ✓ Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients. ✓ Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules. ✓ Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record. ✓ Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries. ✓ Operating equipment and machines, such as cars, trucks, forklifts, etc. ✓ Conduct inspections of vehicle before departing to deliver goods ✓ Pack and load products onto trucks according to company's specifications ✓ Deliver orders to customers on assigned routes ✓ Maintain ongoing communication with route dispatcher ✓ Unload goods as per client specifications ✓ Review deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs ✓ Obtain delivery confirmations from each customer
