  Solids Control Technician: Australia Roles Operate and maintain Solids Control Equipment, including centrifuges, cuttings dryers, positive displacement pumps and shaker systems, on site for drilling operations in the onshore/offshore, oil and gas and LNG sector. Maintain pumping system for solids control systems on site in remote locations. Report daily operations on reports, including, running hours, flow rates, temperatures, fluid input/output. Onsite and infield maintenance and repairs. Commissioning of new machinery to the field and instruction to operating personnel on operations and maintenance of machinery. Perform Permit to Work tasks in conjunction with on site SOP's and JSA's, both Onshore and Offshore Offsite call outs to remote site for maintenance and breakdowns of machinery. Regulate start up of new machinery on Offshore Drilling platform, running 28/28 rosters.
