    Squeaky Clean Services Commercial cleaning and mai

    Registered business owner.: contractor. Clients have included Brock Commercial real estate and subsequently Evans and Ayers Pty Ltd (Jan 1st 2010) and ultimately Adelaide University at 231 Nth Tce Adelaide and another of their properties on Frome Road. I managed and was responsible for all aspects of administration including Quoting, liaising with clients, SWMS documents and OHSW along with day to day cleaning requirements within the common areas and selected class facilities. I also held independent agreements with three private tenants within the same building until 2016, including a dental surgery (Dr Peter Muggleton- Retired), the offices of Australian Medicines Handbook and C.S.I.R.O. P Health flagship division. These agreements lapsed as a result of sale and demolition of the building by The University Of Adelaide. During this time I also had 1 person working for me to assist with cleaning duties. I am currently providing regular cleaning services for a number of clients including Landau Group Pty Ltd, David miles and associates/Adelaide dental one, and Adelaide Dental Centre. I manage and I am responsible for all aspects of the cleaning and maintenance services I provide to my clients through my business. I have managed to work around my everyday employment without creating conflict or affecting my performance for more than 10 years.     Qantas/Ready Work Force

    ASOB/R L/H Baggage handler ground operations ADL: ●Commenced work as a Qantas baggage handler on a casual basis through Ready Work Force/Chandler Mcleod recruitment agency. Performing duties as required in the 'belt room' including baggage sorting/handling for both domestic and international flights. In 2010 transitioned to Qantas Ground Services working a PPT ASOB/R function at a classification level of GC2 with experience using a variety of ground service equipment including trucks, baggage tractors towing up to 6 trailers at a time (4 around parked aircraft) , vehicular belt loaders, manual push in stairs and ramps, Disabled passenger loaders and have used baggage reconciliation technology with handheld scanners since 2009. In March of 2019 I completed pushback training of aircraft and progressed to the next classification level of GC3. In January of 2020 I was promoted to perform functions in the baggage preparation area in the capacity of a leading hand at a classification of level GC3A. My functions are to lead the group of baggage handlers as we prepare baggage for loading onto aircraft as well as being responsible for accurate reconciliation of this baggage using the Zafire First Bag reconciliation software and Zebra scanners. This work requires me to hold an ASIC card which enables me to work airside at Adelaide Airport. This is a very high security clearance and is reviewed every two years. It has very strict requirements and responsibilities to ensure the safety and security of all people at the airport.
