NSW Operations Manager: Full operation of running warehouse. Hire of staff and rostering teams for shifts and jobs. Setting up weekly running of jobs to fit with customers. In charge of 30 plus staff on a 24/7 roster. Making sure all equipment is working and been serviced when needed. Out seeing customers weekly and meetings when needed. Training staff on equipment. Training some staff members to become team leaders. Filling in driving if needed. Go to new customers and check out the site and set up plans for a wash. Write up and hold monthly tool box meetings for all staff members. Train truck driver on and around a shunt truck and sign them off.
