Parking officer: Response Services from - 7/11/2011 Employed through HRM working for Sunshine coast council in the Local Laws area as a Parking officer. Duties required - Educate the public in relation to parking matters and escalate in accordance with policy to infringements where education is not possible. I am focused on WHS, following guidelines to meet council's obligations reporting possible hazards and or work conditions that may cause injury. I have been able to step up to the position of response services officer in place of officer on leave for month demonstrating my flexibility and willingness to learn. Duties include all facets of investigation of dog attacks, reporting interviewing owners of dogs as well as witnesses. I was required to investigate overgrown land complaints and follow procedure to make land owners compliant by engaging them to receive a compliance letter to mow or slash the overgrown land. Abandoned cars were also part of the role in which I was required to follow our procedures and label photograph check with police to see if vehicle was stolen then arrange removal. I completed the Sunshine Coast Council stock handling and management course. Most recently I have performed the role of MOU officer in which this role requires to follow within the local laws signage and cars for sale on Government on the main roads on the Sunshine coast. I have also assisted the RRO Phillip Townsend from response services in a investigation of tree clearing complaint. Hardyards Mowing from 2015 I ran my own all terrain mowing business which consisted of purchasing a specialised mower to mow extreme steep blocks and terrain where one can't walk. I performed this for four years also intergrating small acerage and suburban property maintenance utilizing zero turn mowers and self propelled mowers as well as all different brush cutters depending on the requirement's as well performed all repairs and maintenance myself

scheduler CRT Group: Allocate jobs to appropriate transport to meet customer's requirements using Navision computer system. Booking container 'pick ups from wharfs using 1- STOP BRIDGING THE GAP. Liaise with and schedule sub-contractors when required. Schedule container deliveries and pick-ups using A to B system and NRC system to Queensland Rail and Pacific National. Monitor and where possible reduce costs relating to fleet usage. Monitor and where possible reduce costs relating to drivers overtime. Liaise with all Internal and external customers. Apply all company OH & S policies and procedures, internally and externally. Reduced the Sub-contractors costs dramatically since January this year by monitoring transport usage more closely. Previous Employment - Pre 2005 I have undertaken a number of roles in the transport industry from driver to supervisor. I have been employed in family businesses, like Action Tanks, Noosaville through to National companies such as Australia Post. I have demonstrated ability to learn on the job and adapt seamlessly to my working environment.
