Oxy gas welding of mild steel and aluminium. • MMA (SMAW) of mild steel up to thickness of 25mm • Hard surfacing, armoured plate in all positions; vertical, flat, overhead. • MIG (GMAW) & TIG (GTAW welding of mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium • Manufacturing our own chassis to mount the tanks to fitment of a range of axles from SAF, BPF, Rubriowen. • All pipework is fabricated from specific size pipes and 316 grade stainless steel. • All products are manufactured with tolerances of +/- 2mm, the engineering drawings are sent to the insurance company for verification. • I also work on insurance repairs, remounts, refurbishment and equipment upgrade. • All my welding for MIG and TIG are test to 6G, ASME 9 and BS287 standard and are x-rayed.

I was employed as a Class 1 Metalsmith in charge of a three man team maintaining a fleet of armoured vehicles. • I completed tours in Poland, Oman, Canada, Germany and Iraq. • It was during my time in the Army that I passed my Class II and I HGV and ADR. • During my time in the army I became a Physical Training Instructor. I was responsible for the physical training of both the battalion and workshop.
