  Technician: During my employment at Clean & Clear, my position implemented various practical duties as well as outstanding communication skills and mentoring the junior technicians. My duties involved installing different types of water filters and chillers, fixing maintenance issues and connecting fridges to filters. My employment also applied communication such as exceptional customer service in client's homes, resolving client's matters, upselling filter merchandise and responding regularly to the administrators of the company. * Ensuring customer is satisfied by besting in customer service and performing the service flawlessly. * Fulfilling the duty of a model representative for junior technicians. * Financial responsibilities of ensuring successful customer transactions and reimbursement. * Frequently updating superiors on progress and such on shift.
