    PLANT FOREMAN: In this role I am responsible for managing and leading a team of 10 staff on construction projects throughout Australia. This requires me to conduct project management, stakeholder engagement and management throughout the project life-cycle and team management through providing effective leadership and continuous professional develop and training. Achievements: * Successful management of up to 10 soldiers, including preparation of all administrative paperwork, performance reports and issue resolution * Selected to run a small team to build Forward Support Group Base in a remote Rockhampton training base * Selected to run a small team to build a military Airstrip in Wide-Bay Burnett * Formed part of the team required to build a Grenade Range at the Canungra army training base * Successfully ran recovery tasks and ship to shore operations while part of the Amphibious Beach Team where I was part of a small team who managed the recovery of vehicles and boats.
