I worked in administration and as a team lead for our pack and wrap team. Admin involved customer service, answering calls/emails enquiries regarding peoples upcoming moved and house pack, taking payments, social media management and staff scheduling. Running pack and wrap teams was managing staff to ensure peoples homes and personal effects were packed, transported and then unpacked in their new homes safely and within a timely fashion. This encluded invoicing and payments, ascertaining packing good required, ensure they received the right sized trucks and thinking on your feet to make sure and last-minute surprises were handled in a kind and courteous manner as we all know moving is one of the 3 most stressfull things in the life.
