the Hunter Valley Wine Tasting Tours
Tour guide/Driver: my role primarily involved independently escorting passengers from Sydney to the Hunter Valley to experience a day of fantastic wines and providing commentary to educate passengers on the Australian wine industry and its history. Since resuming after COVID shut down I am responsible for bus compliance, maintenance scheduling and cleaning.

At my time with G Adventures I worked on each trips tour accounts, managed day trip bookings for passengers, provided meals, gave informative commentary, reconfirmed accommodation bookings, assisted passengers with campsite set ups while motivating passengers to get involved in each daily adventure.
