Lead, mentor and develop Drivers to maintain highest efficiency: Belbaker Bus Charters Key Responsibilities: • Daily scheduling of transport fleet operations to meet client and operational requirements. • Rescheduling of drivers as required due to illness or other unforeseen event affecting driver or bus rostered • Ensuring that rostering and operational activities meet all relevant legislative and fatigue management requirements • Assisting in the coordination of scheduled and unplanned maintenance ensuring adequate availability of the transport fleet • Lead, mentor and develop Drivers to maintain highest efficiency, safety and skill sets • Ensure Time and Wages records are correct • Maintaining regular contact with the Client Services team to ensure that product delivery and supply requirements are met • Liaised with key internal stakeholders to ensure operational activities are maintained in an efficient and coordinated manner to meet customer needs • Schedule regular meetings with Coach Captains to ensure best practice and industry standards are met and maintained. Meeting also to ensure drivers concerns are being heard and resolved (Where possible) • Deal directly with clients to ensure transport needs are met, prioritising of calls and issues to ensure best outcome for all stakeholders • Investigation and follow up on all complaints regarding drivers Key Achievements • Expanded use of Coach Manager to full potential and to reduce workload on schedulers • Setup Induction program for new drivers to ensure all drivers were familiarised with all buses and were capable of driving any bus they were required to. Drivers also provided with booklet containing all preferred routes, company policies and procedures, accident forms and individual requirements for each client. • Development of procedural guidelines for drivers and logistic staff.

I.e. Indigenous and Pacific Nations International Competitions and National School competitions. • Established a fully funded program for disadvantaged children and foster children to participate.
