NATIONAL CLINICAL MANAGER - EMS: Direct report to Managing Director Responsibilities: - Pre-sales activities, supporting National EMS Sales Manager. Presenting the ZOLL solution in the pre tender stages. Leveraging off KOL relationships. - Managing product evaluations/trials - Monitoring customer usage, managing consumable inventory, clinical support throughout, and clinical data retrieval/analysis. - Post-sale device rollout & customer onboarding - EMS Services Australia and New Zealand. Supporting customer utilisation, and optimising use of ZOLL products and associated technologies, and suite of related data products. Driving improved patient outcomes in cardiac resuscitation. Notable deployments being: â—¦ TASMANIA Ambulance Service (KPI met & bonus received) Defibrillator/Patient Monitor - Across Tasmania â—¦ ACT Ambulance Service (KPI met & bonus received) Defibrillator/Monitor, data solutions, AED's across ACT - Building and maintaining relationships, driving customer retention. Creating referenceability throughout the customer life cycle, with a strong emphasis on customer experience. - Preparing and delivering in-house staff training across the ZOLL product range and related technologies, acting as product expert (X Series Monitor/Defib, Intravascular Temperature Management, mechanical ventilation). - New product launches - This included internal staff education, as well as customer education. - Keeping abreast of key competitor products, preparing and delivering competitor information. Educating internal staff. - Identifying new business opportunities. - Maintaining CRM data. Special Projects: - Inter-Service CPR masterclass. Working closely with both internal and external stakeholders and product suppliers. A KPI for which I received part of bonus - Product Launch - Working with local and APAC Marketing Managers, Product Managers/Specialist, to deliver new product education to approximately 90 staff in Bali.
