Hail Creek Coal Mine
Dispatch Officer, machine operator: I have worked with at Hail Creek Coal Mine since May 2011. I enjoy working in the coal mining industry. In my time at Hail Creek, I have had zero incidents and zero equipment damage. I have performed well in all performance review areas. I am a full time Dispatch Officer, at Hail Creek we run Modular 5. My responsibilities and duties include: ? Dispatcher, running dispatch day-to-day operations. ? Training and mentoring new dispatchers ? Operate dump trucks in a safe and efficient manner. ? Trucks include Komatsu 960e, Cat 793d & 793f and Terex 4400 ac & dc. ? Working with various loading units eg. Rope shovels, Hydraulic Shovels, Diggers and Loaders. ? Operate cat 777 water carts, including as emergency response vehicles. ? Adhere to all safety policies, perform take 5's for every task undertaken and safety interactions regularly.

Belridge Enterprises
Shift Supervisor: Belridge Enterprises is the receiver of the former Monto Minerals heavy mineral mine and processing plants. I first started in Monto Minerals trial plant in July 2006, until it’s completion in September. I then worked in the construction of the new site, I was re-employed by Monto Minerals in 2007 where I worked as an operator, feed prep operator, control room operator and I worked in a supervisory position for around 2 ½ years. My responsibilities and duties include: ? Supervising the day to day operation of a Wet Separation Plant and feed preparation area. ? Ensuring Shutdown Maintenance schedules are met. ? Organizing and supervising contractors. ? Control room operation (Citect SCADA program) ? Overseeing tailings and tailings dam operations. Including Thickener operations and flocculent usage. ? Pumping inspections and maintenance (mostly Titan and Warman slurry pumps) ? All pipe work upkeep, competent in poly welding up to 350mm pipe. ? Inspection and pumping of environmental sumps. ? Testing of final products in laboratory. Using small magnetic tests and floatation. ? Machinery operation – Excavators, Dozers, Loaders, Forklift and EWP’s.

Crusher/Machinery Operator: This is a part time position that I work on my days off from my 4 on 4 off roster, usually 2 – 3 days per shift. Yalkara Contracting is a small quarry and earthmoving contracting business. My duties include: ? Operating and maintaining Front End Loaders (Cat 966 + 950) to feed and take away from plant and to load trucks. ? Operating and maintaining various mobile Jaw and Cone crushers. ? Operating and maintaining screening plants. ? Operating 35t Excavator feeding crusher plant. ? Operating D9R Dozer. ? Other duties have included serving and repairing machinery.

Part time Truck driver: I worked for Peter Hampson during this period in a part time role on my rostered days off from Monto Minerals. This was carting mineral from the Monto Minerals Seperation Plant to the Gladstone Port. My duties included: • Driving and maintaining Semi tippers, trucks and quad dogs. • Operating loaders to load trucks. • Adhering to all mine Safety Policies.
