Sales Representative: Binvested • Being the first point of contact for income enquiries • Monitor, review and respond to emails of designated inboxes. • Input email enquiries into the Customer RelaDonship Management (CRM) soYware • Maintain and update client data within the CRM soYware • Call enquires and leads that come from various mediums, including, but not limited to email, Facebook, Instagram and incoming calls. • Obtain prescribed informaDon from clients through conversaDon and asking quesDons, then input informaDon into the CRM soYware • Generate forms and reports • Contact past enquiries or leads to idenDfy further opportuniDes. • Book enquiries, leads and clients into appointments and services provided by the company or any other department within the Binvested.com.au Group of Companies • Process payment for any services provided by the company or any other department within the Binvested.com.au Group of Companies. • Confirm appointments for the company or any other department within the Binvested.com.au Group of Companies • Contact clients who have completed appointments or services to idenDfy further opportuniDes. • Respond to all quesDons or queries regarding the Binvested.com.au Group of Companies and its services. • Direct enquires and leads to relevant departments within the Binvested.com.au Group of companies and its services • Prepare and issue buyer's agency agreement to clients. • Contact clients regarding the return of their buyers agency agreements • Contact clients regarding the payment of their upfront buyers agency fee • Contact clients to progress a service, obtain informaDon, answer any quesDons, and assist clients with all their needs during any service provided by the company or any other department within the 4 Binvested.com.au Group of Companies regarding client services. • Liaise with relevant departments within the Binvested.com.au Group of Companies regarding clients services • Contact clients within set Dmeframes as advised by the Investor RelaDons Team Leader, which include, but are not limited to contacDng clients aYer a certain period post the seblement of a property, and contacDng clients aYer a certain period from the last contact. • Maintain, build rapport and relaDonship manage clients. • Maintain, update and abide by company processes and procedures • General office duDes including Ddying and cleaning when required.
