Fays & Bingham Agriculture
Driver HC: Dear Sir I am a Ballarat resident, I hold a current MC licence and have a very good driving history with a Vic road printout for 5 years. Non smoker and hardly drink and take no drugs. of very good health. I am 65 years of age. Very well presented. I do enjoy the work that is involved with road freight statewide and in particular Farm related and Interstate where required. I am perusing a long career and do not plan to retire any time soon. I have approximately 3 years extensive experience driving HC Grain truck for Mr Bill & Luke Fay from Carranballac, Skipton. Pick ups of grain from clients silos, Canola meal / Numerka. In paddock collections during harvest thru to deliveries Victoria and NSW wide. Deliveries to Dairies, Piggeries, Egg producers. Food processors such as HyGain, Inghams and Riverbank to mention but a few. Deliveries to Geelong warf loading vessels with appropriate card. Most major grain organisations such as Grain Corp', Ridleys, Mahoneys. Back loads of fertiliser from Geelond plants, Kock, Impact etc. Deliveries of hay to dairies from paddock and yard. I had approximately 100 clients in my delivery and pick up list mostly in Victoria. The trucks I have driven on a daily basis were Kenworth 409, Kenworth 410 & 610, My last truck was a new Volvo 540 FH, which was my own dedicated truck prior to leaving. All automatic. Previously driven for Mr Dan Bingham from Bingham Agriculture, Skipton for one season during harvest where I was introduced to the grain industry and Mr Fay. I have also made trips in Kenworth Cabovers with 18 speed road ranger to Adelaide for Broadbent Transport, Miners Rest on Egg collection runs with a friend on "two up" driving to start my career and learn the ropes in transport. Possibly 15 / 20 trips. I resigned from Mr Fay some 4 months ago on very good terms. It was my decision to resign as I felt strongly that we did not comply with the NHVR regulations very well. I can explain in more detail if required as I'm sure we need to keep this type of information very confidential and private. I have recently acquired my MC licence unrestricted however not done any work as such with MC. I am more than happy to start progress in that direction. I come previously from a position where I was the owner / director of a polished concrete company for some 40 years and still play a small part in that today.
