Various projects include complexity such as, Generator back-up, Battery supported, Grid connected and/or off-grid, embedded or local network, High Voltage or standard 415-volt Low voltage connections, roof, floating or ground mount array combinations, etc.

  Ground Services Aeronautical Operator : Duties involved servicing of internal and external Clients on an efficient on-bay aircraft turnaround program. Level of service was delivered to ensure prompt transit turn-around, daily over-night servicing, and the overall maintenance support program for each and every aircraft entering and leaving Brisbane Qantas airspace. Ground Services Specialist truck-operator was responsible for implementing contaminated waste management to Department of Primary Industry requirements, following strict legislative procedures for managing contaminated quarantine product. Later providing specialized operator support to special needs mobility passenger's airside and throughout the terminal. Solar PV Sales 2009 to 2012 Go Green Solar Duties involved establishing Client repour, presenting technical solutions to match user objectives, fully define project design brief, scope of works, coordinating interface of services, supporting certification and approvals, support funding, programing of works, detailed costings, and quantifying the on-going benefits to Client. Projects were largely limited to small to medium sized roof solar with the cost of solar not seriously competitive to the low-cost network power available to larger commercial consumers, with little benefit financially in choosing carbon friendly alternatives at the time. Initial assessment includes establishing the status quo, identifying risks, quantifying serviceability, proving the level of commitment, exploring alternative options, evaluate additional income sources, explore value-adding options, identify possible existing plans, preference various sales angles and align options to fund provider appetite. The next stage is to work with the Client to establish goals, personal concerns, agree preferred path options, present variations against limiting parameters, quantify external factors and risks and present the package to the preferred lender. The final stage is to close the deal where possible and within the interests of the client, successful clients are transitioned into their new banking system & monitored ongoing, repeat business serviced as appropriate, and new business initiated through word of mouth as appropriate.

  Food Process Operator: Castle Bacon, Sun Foods, Murray Gouburn Worked as a production machine operator and Manager for several different companies, etc Property Developer Circumstances at the time presented an opportunity to design, manage & construct small to medium scale residential and residential commercial mix property developments. Delivering projects included; the selection of property, quantifying the viability of the venture, documenting the business plan to suit, sourcing finance and necessary funds, obtaining the appropriate project authority approvals, locking in budgets and scheduling works program, obtaining fixed quotes for all works undertaken externally, establishing materials and resources for works performed internally, prepare exit plan, identify serviceability, project manage the development, facilitate final signoff and move onto the next venture. Projects include; (Dual Occupancy @ Kariong, Dual Occupancy @ Belrose, Town House @ Ryde, Shop-top housing @ Petersham, Appartment block @ Petersham, Commercial development @ Sydney, Farmlette Development @ Elmore, Farmlette Development @ Eaglehawk) Consulting Engineer (Building Services Design) I turned my Design & construction experience to the lucrative Design Consulting Industry. This provided personal exposure to all building services (not just Mech) and presented opportunity to represent the interests of the Client, the interests of the Project and the interests of like-minded professional project team. Duties included; verifying the client brief, specifying the design & layout of the project (Including materials, workmanship, equipment, system configurations, and performance), co- ordination of services, attending project meetings, tender review & acceptance, staged approvals of materials, equipment & construction documentation, site inspections for compliance, problem solving, monitor and report progress payments, issuing completion, verify and signoff on system performances, approve maintenance program & warranty. Projects include; multi-story city buildings, retail shopping complexes, institutional facilities, production applications, and recreational facilities etc. Senior Engineer & Quality Assurance Manager (HVAC Contractor NSW) Having forged a successful career within the Vic branch, I was offered a very lucrative and challenging opportunity to kick off a new inter-state branch. This branch proved successful beyond everyone's expectations. An attempt to reproduce this success in SA failed to achieve anything remotely close to our proven model. Duties included; managing the engineering department, documenting standard production & construction requirements and standards, producing a complying Quality Assurance System, formalizing Company Policies, procedures and work safe practices, auditing subcontractors and suppliers Quality Assurance Systems, team building a successful branch, ensuring projects receive adequate resources end to end, facilitate tender handover to construction, effect project signoff, deliver commissioning servicing support and present ongoing warranty package. Projects include; (medical gases New Children's hospital, State Aquatic Center Homebush, Medical research Laboratories, International airport upgrade & Extension.)
