  H R Delivery Driver: Tip Top a Division of George Weston Foods Responsible for driving a 24 tonne truck delivering bulk packaged breadcrumbs to catering and food organisations within the Sydney and Central Coast region. Recognised for a consistent record of safe driving. Duties included: • Loading ½ tonne pallets onto the truck. • Confirm delivery tags and check the accuracy of inventory against delivery schedule. • Ensure HACCP and general safety requirements are always met. • Operating a small electric forklift to deliver bags of bread crumbs to clients. • Maintaing a safe and clean delivery vehicle. • Ensuring correct deliveries to clients. • Identifying the most appropriate route to take for efficient delivery schedule. • Meet client's delivery requirements location and day/time. • Load and unload truck to avoid damage to packages. • Driving in a safe manner and ensuring the vehicle presentation reflected the company's values of; ambition, accountability and collaboration. • Getting authorized signatures of customers on product invoices upon order delivery. • Assisting the warehouse in loading of goods using a Pallet Jack and forklift.

  HR driver: Tip Top Responsible for the delivery of bread and baked products to retailers and stores within the western Sydney area. This was essentially a small business with full responsibility for all aspects of delivery, customer service and route management. Recognised by for loyalty on a number of occasions by the company. Duties included: ? Arriving early (4am) at the depot to make up and load orders in sequence of delivery. ? Identifying the most efficient delivery route, taking into account retail opening hours, traffic conditions and shopping centre congestion. ? Fitting in with client’s requirements, and ensuring correct deliveries on time in a presentable standard for retail display or usage. ? Ensured prompt and speedy service to customers with long standing commercial accounts with Tip Top. ? When required collecting cash from retailers and reconciling this against deliveries at the end of each day. ? Addressing any immediate problems relating to supply and feeding back to operations to avoid repeat errors or problems. ? Meeting all food safety requirements (HACCP) relating to delivery and storage. ? Ensuring the vehicle was cleaned following each run and presentable at all times. ? Conducted vehicle inspections on a regular basis and troubleshooting any truck malfunctions while on the road
