  Quality Control Manager: Current working Kitas in place. Overview Nickel mining operations in Sulawesi, Indonesia. Capital raising for operations, procurement of relevant mining permits and export licenses, sourcing and mobilization of mining equipment, recruitment and training of staff, mine operations, export contracts operations, export contracts for shipping and loading, bank facilities for transactions including Letters of Credit and Bank Guarantees. Also worked through 2 Indonesian government mining bans and the remobilization of equipment to Kalimantan, Indonesia for startup of Coal operations. Average of 1 week per month has been spent in Jakarta liaising with nickel and coal global buyers, funders and finalizing export documents and contracts. Other periods have been remote at mine sites being hands on to supervise payments of mine site's management and training. Troubleshoot regulatory and local issues. Developed basic remote reporting systems. Liaison with Agricultural ministers and regent for procurement of licenses and local relationships. Bali, have undertaken villa development project, sourcing land, approvals and construction. Whilst working as real estate salesperson and managing a team of direct sales representatives undertook Diploma of Financial Services, gained necessary 5 years' experience as an authorized representative of a Dealer Group, applied and was granted an Australian Financial Services License and acted as Responsible Manager. Dealer Group AFSL covered Securities, Derivatives, Insurance, Managed Accounts, Deposit Products, Life Products, Managed Investments, Debentures and provide financial advice. From this a national distribution group was progressed using mainly accountants as authorized representatives and involved designing and implementing systematic sales presentations which were compliant in a regulated environment whilst also being simple and effective. PowerPoint presentations were produced as training and point of sale tools whilst personality and role identification procedures assisted in selecting dynamic performers in the sales team. Undertook major capital raisings with the major project being $20 million dollar raise for a 300-lot land subdivision in Pilbara, Western, Australia. Total project value in excess of $100million and completed. This role also involved relocating to the Pilbara, living remote and servicing Port Hedland, Karratha and Newman areas dealing with major mining companies regarding their housing requirements. Maximum solar credits were available in the Pilbara and solar was installed on houses. Several trips were made to China visiting major factories and suppliers of solar.
