  Rounce Carpentry

  Sole Trader: Various jobs in the Residential sector, from restoration, additions, custom-built furniture, painting, bathroom renovations, stairs and balcony construction, building windows, metal roofing, demolishing walls and restructuring roofs to accommodate new openings, decking, internal linings and setting with plaster, repairs and maintenance. ● One major project I did was a complete house build where I demolished an existing structure and built an entire guesthouse from the ground to the roof, including roof plumbing, custom-built windows and all other aspects of the building. ● At times I have had to employ Labourers to assist me with larger jobs, so I am experienced at leading and working with others in a team, such as coordinating with plumbers, tilers and electricians. ● Recently worked on a Tiny Home in the Byron Bay area.
