  Postal Transport Officer: Australia Post | Queensland & New South Wales * Conduct Safety and Maintenance Checks on Vehicles prior to the commencement of a run. * Attend and contribute to each toolbox meeting within a team environment. * Quality Assurance Checks on Load Sheets prior to the commencement of a run. * Adhere to all policies, procedures, rules and regulations specific to each individual State prior to and during each run. * Mentor, train and provide guidance to new employees commencing at my Australia Post Depot. * Uphold the Australia Post Code of Conduct with the highest integrity. * Liaison between all departments, multiple depots (nationally) and other Postal Transport officers to ensure a smooth and successful run. * Review and revise new policies, procedures and work place instructions in order to assist with their successful implementation. * Provide accurate reports of incidents, hazards, or near misses. * General administration duties when required.
