About Me:

Hi, I'm Grant. I've been in and out of the transport industry since I bought my first truck and trailer at 19 yo. I grew up in the outback where I learned to be resourceful from a young age. I was brought up to have a go at anything and I've never been scared to try my hand at new things. I am a butcher by trade and have worked in abattoirs as a Foreman and have had a few of my own butcher shops over the years. I have always considered myself to be a professional operator of heavy vehicles, and can confidently say I can step into almost any vehicle and drive it competently and safely. I've moved almost every type of freight as well as a stint moving large consignments of livestock (cattle, sheep and horses). The industry has taken me to every part of Australia - cities, country and outback. I've seen and done it all over the years. I am looking for an interstate role, and am used to averaging around 5000 km a week. I do like to get home on weekends.
