  PDO Spedo 2 delivery officer: 2011-current Australia Post Heathwood/Kelvin Grove QLD/Logan City Bellambi Delivery Centre NSW During my time at Australia Post I have been employed as a PDO Spedo 2 delivery officer. This includes the sorting and delivery of mail at various delivery centres. Also during my time I have worked as a Team leader for a period which help me to develop my leadership skills and computer knowledge of Australia posts system procedures my duties include: Teaching and training new staff the operations of the daily duties. Delivering and scanning of items via a PDA. Maintain the working operations and safety aspects of the motor bike. Maintain the IM FOR ZERO motto of Australia Post which includes the safety of all staff. Assisting in the tie down and redirections of causal staff to maintain efficient work environment. Making sure all staff follow SOP's.

  Security Supervisor: 2008-2011 Security Supervisor Eastgardens NSW Checking of CCTV Making roster According to manning charts Making sure all incidents, which occur during the course of the day, have an incident report completed and entered into Insynergy. Training staff on use of the fire panel Running training drills for Evacuations During my time I have learnt to use the CCTV cameras and to burn footage when required. In my time as a Site Supervisor I had to develop spread sheets for duress test and sound complaint register and updated Security policies and procedures. I my time as a Security Supervisor I raised the arrest rate for major crimes that are committed in the centre due to CCTV knowledge and with the assistance of the local LAC.
