Heavy Vehicles
Driver: I have been driving heavy vehicles in many casual, part-time and full-time roles plus holidays and weekends since 1982. It has involved a large variety of vehicle combinations, loads and driving conditions from the middle of nowhere on farms to the middle of capital cites and everywhere in between. Included in this is Emergency Vehicle and Heavy Vehicle driving both on and off road. Loads have included - Livestock, Bulk goods, Grain, Gravel, Frozen Food, Oversize Low-loader Loads, Water, Containers and General with Taut-liners. My on road licensed driving began with my 3A (HR now) in December 1987 and 4B (Bus and Coach now) License in January 1988. I followed with my 5B (HC now) License in October 1989, thus giving me 29 years of driving Heavy Combination articulated vehicles as of the end of 2018.. I have been driving Multiple Combination (MC) since September 2002 in both B- Double and Road Train Configurations. My latest drives have been Road Train Tippers and Cotton Flattops in 2015 out of Narromine and Casual Linfox Woolworths out of Warnervale, B-double Interstate (Fridge and Tautliners) and a Road Train Harvest in 2016. In 2017 I drove for Booths out of Laverton doing Melbourne B-double local work and the linehaul and interstate tautliners. 2018 quad truck and dog quarry RMS work in Central and Western NSW. 2019 and 2020 Cotton picking and wheat harvest road train. Road Ranger Fluent. Been moving around to help my daughters out.
