Santos Origin Energy Queensland Gas Company (QGC) AGL Senex Arrow Energy Surface Casing Intermediate Casing Production Casing Liner and Plug Jobs Halliburton SKD4 Cementing Unit Halliburton Advantage Cementing Unit Halliburton TC4 Cementing Unit Halliburton Elite Cementing Trailer Halliburton CMS System Halliburton UNIPRO II FLECS Systems Halliburton iCem and CemWin Halliburton Bulk Plant Operations TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES §• Supervise, coordinate, and educate Service Operators and Operator Assistants in the operation of cement pumping and mixing equipment, blenders, liquid additive metering systems, centrifugal pumps, data acquisition systems, iCem RT, real time transmission, ADC systems, bulk cement blending, delivery and storage systems, manifolding equipment, and cementing plug releasing tools §• Maintain and demonstrate knowledge of products, such as cementing blends, spacer fluid systems, sodium silicate fluid system, loss circulation additives, casing attachments, float equipment, multiple stage cementing tools and squeeze packers §• Carry out location tests and interpret results to determine the integrity of the equipment, such as high-pressure pumps, pump manifolding, wellhead equipment and discharge iron §• Sets-up and manage the assigned Cement PSL equipment related to monitoring and acquiring job data, used for the accurate mixing of cement slurries §• Participate in the initial planning of a project, including product calculations, equipment required and crew instructions §• Maintain and rebuild centrifugal pumps and triplex pumps §• Calibrate pressure equipment (rated to 15,000psi) OPERATIONAL AND SAFETY RELATED RESPONSIBILITIES §• Coordinate the cementing service line work at the well site, implementing high standards of quality, compliance and efficiency §• Operate heavy vehicles to transport equipment, including Road-Trains, B-Doubles and pneumatic bulk trailers §• Facilitate risk assessments, JSAs and Step Back 5x5s to identify potential hazards and implement safety controls §• Complete Hazard Observation Cards (HOCs) to audit compliance and standards during a task §• Facilitate the clean-up, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next project §• Coach and mentor team members, and evaluate a need for further training §• Obtain and implement high-risk work permits, such as pressure permits §• Coordinate and direct the activities of Service Operators §• Perform prestart checks on equipment
