MC Truck Driver/Leading Hand: October 2013 - Current Blu Logistics Solutions - Leading Hand/MC Truck Driver Leading Hand duties included but not restricted to the following; rostering, training and disciplinary action of staff, scheduling runs and maintaining set runs to achieve maximum profits, being available to staff on a 24/7 basis as we are a 24 hour operation, taking the operations phone for the company every third weekend and general duties for the Manager and Company Owner. Driving duties involved operating heavy vehicles in the form of single, b-double and a-train combinations, collection, grading and sampling of milk from the farmer, cleaning of vats, lab testing milk, delivery to corresponding factories, pre-vehicle checks, maintaining accurate logbook and paperwork records, daily washing of truck and tankers. I am happy to discuss my reasons for leaving upon being shortlisted for a position.

Store Manager: February 2008 - February 2011 Hotline Digital Network - Store Manager Whilst at Hotline Digital Network my role included; meeting and exceeding individual and store sales targets, hiring, training and discipline of staff, daily data entry, completing a weekly transaction report, maintaining and expanding current customer databases, banking and cash handling, rostering for all of our Northern NSW and Gold Coast stores. Hotline Digital Network is a dealer for 3 Mobile and Vodafone so adapting to constant changing of technology and environments is something that became second nature. I left Hotline Digital Network as it was a small family run business with 11 stores and there was no room for growth. I felt the need for something a little more challenging and completely different so I turned to the transport industry and glad I have found where I want to have a career.
