Yellow Cabs and Black & White Cabs
Cab driver: Responsibilities: • Meet customer pick-up requests and appointments on schedule. • Operate Maxi with wheelchair lifts and other special equipment for transport of passengers with disabilities. • Helping disabled and elderly passengers to board the Maxi cab • Taking the correct fares of passengers • Completing all administrative paperwork during and after a shift • Follow the road rules set by Department of Transport and Main Road's • Perform spark plug cleaning and other minor vehicle repairs. • Provide passengers new to city with information on local points of interest. • Perform tire pressure regulation and other minor routine vehicle maintenance. • Coordinate with radio, telephone and computer dispatchers. • Complete accident reports accurately as needed.
