B-Double Driver: Jan 07 - 23/10/2009 TOLLS - CARRINGTON DEPOT Position: B-Double Driver. Employed as a permanent driver for the Carrington Depot Inducted at Tomago Aluminium, Hydro aluminium, Kurri aluminium, Duties include driving B-Double carrying aluminium from Tomago to Carrington. Relief fleet allocation/Administration Officer when needed. KEY ACHIEVEMENTS; Acting Relief Fleet Allocator Certificate IV Transport and Logistics Certificate IV Occupational Health and Safety KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABLITIES: Working within the Toll Group I was responsible for the safe delivery of Aluminium between the smelter and Carrington Depot. I was allocated to do 4 trips per day and most days this was achieved. Acting Relief Fleet Allocator I was responsible to allocate runs to various drivers so the delivery of product was on time and in a safe manner. Truck Driver: 2002 - Mid Dec 2006 MANWAY TRANSPORT Position: Truck Driver Duties involve the driving of Trucks including single & B Double Trailers, extendable & wide loads. Utilising my dangerous goods accreditation by the transportation of gun powder & ammunition. The unloading & loading of steel material in the yard at Onesteel Newcastle. Included in my duties are the servicing of various other Onesteel sites these include, Coffs Harbour, Port Kembla, Dubbo, Orange, Parkes with some trips to Brisbane and Melbourne..
