SERVICE ADVISOR, WORKSHOP SUPERVISOR, SERVICE & PARTS MANAGER: Company Overview MTU Detroit Diesel are a distributor for the following range of products. * MTU Engines * Detroit Engines * VM Motori Engines * Kohler Generators * Allison Transmissions * Duties entailed but not limited to the following: * Managing and reporting of all Service jobs, ensuring jobs are managed and reviewed effectively * Management and maintenance of company equipment/assets. * Management of all Service Dept front counter staff & Technicians. * Overseeing and setting Training and Target requirements for all Service Dept Employees. * Coaching and Mentoring of all staff to achieve agreed results and adhere to company policies and procedures by introducing key best practice procedures to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales and service revenues. * General Service Department functions * Provide Reports as required
