  MOXY TIP TRUCK DRIVER: TRUCK DRIVER Key Responsibilities: • Responsible for the safe operation of Moxy Articulated Tip Trucks for the construction of the new Bunnings Site and CSR Aldi Site, Brendale • Attend morning toolbox meetings • Pre starts on all machinery prior to the commencement of work • Transporting of gravel and soil in and around the worksite to designated areas • Completion of all paperwork including Job Safety Analysis (JSA's) and Take 5's in a timely and efficient manner • Liaise with management and grader operators • General labouring duties as directed • Completion of risk assessments and hazard identification prior to commencement of work daily • Required to follow directions to ensure all work completed within limited timeframes • Maintain full compliance with occupational health and safety regulations in accordance with company guidelines, policies and procedures All work was done on site (Brendale) Arrived at site everyday and operated Moxy.

  LOADER OPERATOR: December 2011 to April 2013 Garwoods Civil Contractors, Emerald LOADER OPERATOR - 5/4 Rotating Roster (FIFO) 12 Hour shifts Contracted to Rio Tinto - Kestrel Mine Extension, Emerald Key Responsibilities: • Responsible for the safe operation of plant and equipment for the construction of infrastructure at the Kestrel Mine extension Site, Emerald • Loading and unloading of coal and other materials • Safe operation of moxy haul trucks for the transporting of coal • Safe operation of CAT 980 and CAT 962 Loaders • Safe operation of water trucks for the wetting down of roads • The completion of pre start checks on machinery to ensure it is safe for daily operation • Attendance at morning pre start toolbox meetings • Completion of risk assessments and hazard identification prior to commencement of work daily • Required to assist in the surveying of on site road construction • Completion of all associated paperwork including Job Safety Analysis(JSA's0 and Take 5's in a timely and efficient manner • Maintain full compliance with occupational health and safety regulations whilst on site at all times
