Tilt Tray, Hiab Driver Operator: • Driver and All-rounder for the company. Drive and operate a Mack and Hino Tilt tray for the recovery and pickup of Light Vehicle's and small mobile equipment in and around the Pilbara and Perth region. • Safely operate the Trucks Hiab Crane for the loading and unloading of Clients Equipment. • Safely carry out Vehicle recovery from accident sites, ensure all damaged Vehicles are safe for transport when loaded. • Secure load Light Vehicles safety for transport. • Load and Unload all Company Delivery's from palletised products to Large Valving components. Using Slings etc. to safely load or unload pieces of equipment. • Delivery of Equipment out to the Clients around WA. • Experience Driving Volvo FH 12, Volvo FL 10, Flat Bed Hino. International - Road Ranger Gear Box. And several others. • Ensure all loads where secure for safe transportation. (Completed Load Restraint Course) • Carry out all servicing of both the trucks and light vehicle's. Daily weekly prestart check where also carried out as per procedure. • Ensure all paperwork is completed properly and returned to the office. • Contact customers and work with them to agree on times for delivery or pickup. • Help Develop a complete Safety Management System for the Business. • Develop the Company's Policies and Procedures and have them implemented throughout the Company's • Provide and train all Company personnel in the new policies and procedures. • Ensure all Safety Equipment in the Company is in date and ready for use if required. • Carry out all daily inspection and prestart checks on all company equipment, Forklifts, Light Vehicles and HR trucks. • Implement a Maintenance system for all Vessels and Vehicles.

Operations Coordinator / Driver: Just Valves, Freo Dive / Lippiatt PTY- LTD/ Operations Coordinator / Driver • Responsible for running the day to day operations of the Charter and Dive Company, which includes 4 Deep Sea Fishing Charter Vessels and also coordinate the warehouse area for the Valving side of the business. • Load and Unload all Company Delivery's from palletised products to Large Valving components. Using Slings etc. to safely load or unload pieces of equipment. • Delivery of Equipment out to the Clients around WA. • Ensure all loads where secure for safe transportation. • Develop a complete Safety Management System for the Business. This was developed and then reviewed by the Western Australian Fishery's Division • Develop the Company's Policies and Procedures and have them implemented throughout the Company's • Provide and train all Company personnel in the new policies and procedures. • Ensure all Safety Equipment in the Company is in date and ready for use if required. • Carry out all daily inspection and prestart checks on all company equipment, Forklifts, Light Vehicles and HR trucks. • Develop and help implement a business plan for the next 2 - 3 years. This document is used as a base plan and is continually developing. With the intention of growing the business it was necessary for new approvals to be sort after in relation to mourning's the storage and the Operation of the Vessels outside of the Fremantle Area. Business Plans were developing along with Operational plans. • Implement a Maintenance system for all Vessels and Vehicles.

Drill & Blast Superintendent, Western Desert Resources: Drill & Blast Superintendent, Western Desert Resources, Roper River NT. Relief Truck and Forklift Operator. Loaders, Cat 777, Dump Trucks and Moxy Operations. Water Carts, etc. • Manage all day-to-day operational requirements for the Nedrill Operations across both the Civil and Mining side of the Business. • Work with the Western Desert Management team to coordinate the Drill and Blast crews along a 188 Klms stretch of new haul road that will service the new mine site once completed. • Relief MPU Truck Driver Operator, I would cover for Sick and Annual Leave days. • Relief Shotfirer, again I would cover for Sick and Annual Leave days. • Operate several 4WD all terrain, "Manscopic" long reach forklifts for loading and unloading of all Drill consumables along with all High Explosive Pallets for the Drill and Blast Magazine storage. • Ensure Drill Schedule Maintenance is carried out as per Company policies. • During the course of the year I highlighted with the Client and organised for extra storage of Emulsions and also Drill consumables as it was imperative we were ready for the Wet Season. Also raised with the Client the need to ensure there were sufficient amounts of broken ground (BCM). (New Client, many inexperienced personnel to the industry and also the NT.) • Manage the contract to a strict set of customer KPIs. • Prepare "Scope of Operations" for Licensing requirements for the NT Government and their Dangerous Good Licensing Division. • Separate weekly meetings with both the civil management team and also the Mining Team. These meetings were challenging in themselves as both teams wanted the Drill and Blast team all at the same time. • Total responsibility and Management of over 24 personnel including rostering, performance management, coaching and mentoring along with 2 to 4 Drills, MPUs, Loaders and multiple LVs. (Atlas Copco and Tamrock Drills).

State Operations Manager WA/SA/NT: Oct 2008 - July 2012, Downer EDI Mining / Blasting Services State Operations Manager WA/SA/NT • Recruited into the Downer Blasting Services (DBS) Business, to review current contracts and practices. It was then my responsibility to develop business plans which would enable DBS in the Western Division to grow into a Large Explosives Supplier for WA, SA and NT States. At that time there were only 2 contracts. Within 3 years of being in the Position, Downer Blasting Services where successful in retaining the two original contracts through extensions and won a further 6 Contracts, expanding the Employee workforce from 20 up to 130 plus. (To ensure DBS were seen within the Mining and Explosive Industry by potential clients as another professional option for all of their Explosive and Blasting requirements) • Overall responsibility for the Safety, Commercial and Operational areas of the Western Division. Operational Sites being. FMG Cloud break, FMG/Downer Mining - Christmas Creek being a full service, Flinders Powers SA, Mt Catlin, Carosure Dam, Karara, Murrin Murrin, Collie. • Complete review of the Sites and the Companies Safety compliance in relation to the State and Federal Dangerous Goods Codes in all areas of concern. (Much of this time was spent in Operational issues) Have all short falls corrected along with ensuring all new Safety policies and procedures are up to date and across all sites. • Drive the negotiations for supply contracts with several Major Equipment manufacturers and Service companies across Asia Pacific and America for the supply of Explosive MPUs other Dangerous Goods delivery systems. E.g., International Explosive Equipment, Toll, Mitchells West, Tread Company USA, Scott's etc. • Review and develop business plans in relation to targeted customers and potential contracts due to go to tender in WA/NT and SA. Also developed a 1, 3 and 5-year business plan for the region. • Implement maintenance schedules for fixed and Mobile plant Equipment. • Travelled to Sichen Iron Ore Mine in Sth Africa as part Tender preparation for the Karara Mining Contract in WA. (won) • Clean-up of the Manufacturing sites; ensure compliance to State and Federal SRS regulations. • Identify and relocate the complete Downer Blasting Division Offices and personnel. Design Office area to suit, plan and budget Office fitters, IT requirements, Furniture and equipment Etc. Coordinate office move. • Work with and meet regularly the WA and SA State Government authorities. Ensure total compliance across the board in relation to Road Transport, Dangerous Goods and Explosives acts, putting Safety at the forefront of every new Project • Setup and started to Identified areas in the business were potential future development or modifications of current equipment could potentially bring new Opportunities to the business. These areas included, but were not restricted too, Dangerous Good storage and transport, new Mobile Processing Units, (MPUs) other DG or Explosive truck designs, Fixed and Mobile Plant, Manufacturing Plant and also fit for purpose delivery systems. Other areas are always considered but focusing on the key areas of expenditure proved to return the greatest value. • Safely managed the complete relocation of the Collie Manufacturing Facility. This was an extremely large logistical Operation. During the 35 Day shutdown, No clients were shorted with their Emulsion requirements and the relocation was a success. (Plans had been put in place to relocate the facility prior too me starting with DBS. After reviewing the plans that had been developed, I felt there were better options available to DBS. I then changed the relocation plans and safely managed the project myself which ended up delivering a savings of over 7 Million Dollars.) This project is one of the most satisfying and successful achievements I have had during my career.

Responsibilities also include the storage and handling of over 5500 tonnes of Ammonium Nitrate. • Budgeting for all operational sites, manufacturing and distribution. • Introduction of the Lean principals into the operations, promotion of Operational Excellence within the Hunter Valley group.
