  HR truck driver: Tristar Pty Ltd - Smithfield (3 month contract: Sept-Dec 2015) Duties: Deliveries to Petbarn and Priceline mainly in Sydney West areas (at times any Sydney metro area depending on requirements of the day), Canberra and Newcastle. Work mainly involved truck driving, loading and un-loading, dealing with customers and completing the Driver Log book for all destinations of 100kms+ in one way. Previously employed (casually) at: Assign Blue - Parramatta (only on casual call basis) Duties: Truck driving, loading and un-loading, dealing with customers and completing timesheets. Work is mainly based in western Sydney. Vehicles vary depending on job and employer. The agency provides details of the job one day before. Previously employed (casually) at: HDH Pty Ltd. 29/06/2015 until October 2015 (only on casual call basis). Employed under ABN Duties: Delivery of various IT equipment including computers, laptops, monitors, mobile phones and other electrical goods. Destinations are based all over Sydney and range from 15 - 27 deliveries per day. Delivery vehicle is a 3.5 ton van and all deliveries are manually handled. I use a Samsung tablet to obtain signatures upon delivery. Picking up the correct items from the warehouse to be delivered on the day is the duty of the driver.   MR/HR Truck Driver: 02/04/2015 - 22/10/2015 (casual basis). Role: MR/HR Truck Driver Duties: Manual/ forklift loading & un-loading of trucks, liaising with customers, completing daily timesheets and order forms, assisting at depot/warehouse when required, delivery & pick up all over the Sydney West areas, maintaining truck, adhering to OH&S policies and procedures. I also have all the required gear including Garmin Truck navigator (Dezl760LMT), Steel cap boots & Shoes, fluro shirts and other relevant work gear.
