: - Melbourne I was employed in operations at Southern Cross Station, during the rail replacement of buses whilst work was carried out on the Bendigo and Ballarat railway lines. This work occurred on School Holidays. My primary role was to ensure the smooth running of up to 250 buses per day replacing trains. The role was demanding and my ability to work under pressure whilst remaining calm was what ensured my position. I found this role very rewarding. Operations 01/2009 to 12/2011 Mees Bus Lines - Heidelberg I was employed as operations doing quotes, bookings and the day to day running of 100 buses. I was allocating work and dealing with the drivers at all times.
