George Hilder & Co is a privately owned and operated transport company based in Rowville.

We are looking for a professional motivated driver to deliver a variety of specialised freight within Melbourne and Regional Victoria in our vehicles.

Applicants must have:

• A current HR licence (HC/MC an advantage)
• A proven safe driving record
• Relevant experience in a HR or HC vehicle
• Have a current Vic Roads report and be willing to undergo a Police check
• Forklift licence an advantage
• Have experience in load restraint, including dogs & chains

The successful applicant will:

• Be reliable
• Be able to work as part of a team
• Be well presented
• Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and good numeracy skills
• Have a strong work ethic
• Be able to follow written procedures
• Understand & comply with all OHS regulations
• Have excellent customer service skills

This is a permanent ongoing position with a probationary period of 6 months.
