BT Transport & Logistics

BT Transport & Logistics is a national specialised open trailer transport company is seeking an experienced MC / HC local and interstate drivers based at our Cavan SA depot. Its preferable that the local driver has sideloader experience.

The successful applicant will primarily work within metropolitan Adelaide but may also back up our interstate linehaul fleet for sick, annual leave and hot shot deliveries.

In order to be successful in this role you must possess the following skills, attributes and qualifications:

• MC Drivers Licence .
• LCL – Container and multi drop experience an advantage
• MISC card, Flinders port access, rail pin an advantage
• Experience driving and understanding of Adelaide metropolitan area
• Have an understanding and experience of long high wide and low open trailer transportation.
• Prepared to undertake a Pre-employment medical including drug test.
• Current licence history report for the previous five (5) years.
• Provide/Prepared to undertake a National Police Clearance Certificate.
• 2 checkable employment References.
• Minimum two (2) years driving experience
• A high level of understanding for safe work practices relevant to the industry.
• Positive, teamwork based, “can-do attitude”.
