Resident Building Manger: at Tooronga Village. This consists of 98,000SQM with 36 Residential Levels over 4 buildings, 4 levels of car parking, residential gardens, pool, gym and sauna. There are 297 titled residential units, 33 titled commercial offices and a Stockland retail centre with 27 Specialty Retail Shops plus the flagship Coles Supermarket and First Choice Liquor. The complex has 3 Owners Corporations.

Driver and Co-ordinator: Kyneton Taxis. Adam was born with a muscle degradation disorder and asked me to help on weekends. I couldn't say no as he had helped me plenty of times during my life. He still runs the service now.

driver to pick up and deliver both new: Our main role was inspection of the PPE (Personal protection equipment) worn by the entire Alcoa staff at Pt Henry Geelong approx 1350 staff. Our team were a team ensured each worker was equipped with undamaged and fire treated uniforms. All staff needed Safe clothing to attend the Pt Henry smelter rosters.

Officer in effective control: (Jan 2009 - May 2013) I created the sales department of VPDRE, creating the processes, procedures and managed all property sales. I developed and designed all marketing materials. After 2years gaining my Full Real estate licence to become OIEC (Officer in effective control), VPDRE owned the building management rights. This is why I was also assistant to the Building Manager. Duties included CCTV, Access control, daily checks plant and equipment.
