    Rangeview Transport Inc

HR Manager (People, Performance and Projects): I commenced an 8-month program to develop and implement many projects starting with the evolution of all WHS processes and policies and the implementation of a Health and well-being program. I con-currently backfilled all rostering short comings in the initial months as an interstate multi drop and linehaul driver and assessed all position descriptions and expectations from the ground level up. Providing me with the knowledge and tools to implement all identified short-comings, training requirements and Business Development initiatives from the top down as is my process in all appointments. I have developed and delivered many financial leaning and cost-saving processes, an extensive Performance management system, developed a company value structure, evolved policies and procedures, identified and delivered training requirements, delivery of new initiatives and incentive programs, clear job structures and PD's and overhauled the recruitment process end to end. I have encouraged and developed a learning environment with fully engaged teams and an inclusive supportive culture. The scopes and projections of all projects where developed in an open ambiguous environment ensuring all employees had contributed significantly and where being appreciated and acknowledged for their input. Upon completion and presentation all projects where approved for actioning without further amendment by the Company Director. I have built solid relationships with all 65+ employee's across VIC, NSW, QLD and SA depots and 300+ clients and stakeholders encouraging, including and applying all the feedback provided to all aspects of the systems and structures incorporated in the projects. I was undertaking weekly consults with the company Director and General Manager. Travelling interstate monthly to our other depots to keep all areas on the same page and maintain relationships and current feedback from employees, customers and stakeholders nationwide.

    Metro Trains Melbourne

Head of Learning and Development: In September of 2014 I was given the opportunity to commence work for MTM in the Signaling division. This was an exciting opportunity and a change of pace and lifestyle. The shift hours where not completely alien to me and I embraced the new environment and experience. I was committed to fully immersing myself in the company with the ambition to experience all areas of operations within the Signalling and Operations Divisions. I was fast tracked and encouraged to undertake various development roles and complete study courses at the Metro Academy while operating in the Signalling division. I was utilised to identify and implement training requirements and maintain the requirements for all Signallers qualifications and improving performance and safety processes. I became the Burnley group WHS officer and volunteered myself as Health and Well-being advocate to commence this initiative. I con-currently completed a Cert III at the metro academy in Transport and Logistics and then a Cert III in Business, P & C and Project management to help develop the greater overall business strategy and remain current and relevant with the MTM Book of Rules and Regulations and compliant with current legislation. I developed a clear process for all Burnley group Signallers to adhere to during the training process end to end. I was consulted with regularly around developing the MTM book of rules and regulations of which I had an extensive understanding. Interpretations and the evolution of these Rules and Procedures was critical and I was the first point of contact for many Managers and employees, Including the Rail Safety Manager at the time. Driving the development of such a wonderful team of Signallers, improved cultural, a positive learning environment and MTM Book of Rules and regulations was a wonderful experience for me. I achieved a lot and had learnt a lot more. After lengthy discussions with a mutual acquaintance I was presented with an opportunity to not only progress a developing transport business but to also drive B-Doubles and Semi's on multi drop interstate runs to maintain communication with all stakeholders. Once again, I remain on great terms with all internal and external people and received a humbling amount of positive feedback and support around my significant development and impact on the organisation and my decision to move on.

    Truck Manufacturing and Sales

Factory Manager, Manufacturing: I was given the opportunity to undertake a Factory Manager role that included learning, observing and improving all aspects of Manufacturing and Production, LEAN methods, Repairing and Safety policies and procedures in locations across Melbourne and Geelong reporting to Managers and Stakeholders across the organisation. This was a great opportunity once again to learn a company's operations in their entirety. I wanted to get my hands dirty and begin with being fully immersed at ground level. I had implemented significant change around leaning manufacturing processes, evolving all WHS and Manufacturing processes, developed a positive team culture and a safer working environment. I con-currently commenced a re-structure of all PD's and the entire recruitment process from end to end. There was a significant improvement on the 2013 budget report and a half yearly performance review revealed that all employees and team leaders felt significant positive change was implemented over the last two quarters and the environment was safer, happier, more secure and with more opportunities made available to develop and progress their careers. This was an extremely satisfying result for me and the entire team once again. An entirely different career path at Metro Trains presented itself and my desire to be challenged to a higher degree was beckoning. I did not resign from Hamelex White without significant consideration. I remain on great terms with the company and its people and was certainly proud of what had been achieved and the experience and knowledge I had gained and imparted in a short amount of time

    Tamarix Egg & Poultry Farm

Project Manager: I was employed under a 6-month contract at Tamarix to Implement Projects that would provide the scope to develop systems and processes necessary for obtaining a FREPA Accreditation (Free Range) for the organisation and significantly reduce cross contamination and implement improved hygiene control systems. I immersed myself in all areas of the organisation and its people and con-currently implemented an innovative Performance management system to address incentive initiatives and reward programs as well as current policies on identified issues of underperformance. I reviewed and evolved all policies and procedures, talent acquisition and recruitment process end to end and produced current HR documentation and contracts. The FREPA accreditation was achieved within 5 months, well within the expectations of the 6-month scope and projection. The work environment had significantly improved with all employees undertaking a survey that would reveal they felt safer, happier and more satisfied in their current roles and with opportunities available to them moving forward. My Project was completed. I was seeking a full-time role in Business, HR, P & C, Project management now.

    Moondara Cheese PTY LTD

Business Development Manager: I was employed to undertake a full assessment of all Job Descriptions, Rostering shortcomings, improve Culture, WHS policies, develop a Performance management system and all areas of addressing under performance and reward initiatives. These structures and other policies and procedures where updated and successfully implemented in projects over the 12-month contract. The culture shifted almost immediately to a more positive and inspired workforce that was supported through consultation and inclusion. All employees suggested they were happier and felt safer at work and felt included in the processes. This was apparent for both day and night shift teams with whom I spent a significant amount of time consulting with over that period. This gave me vital experience and a great structure to develop innovative initiatives and processes on as my career evolved in the world of Business, HR and Project Management.
