  Allocator Driver Supervisor: Supervisor This role is a demanding position with many facets to my role Responsibilities: AM Supervisor ensuring that all trucks are loaded correctly. Freight is scanned and all paperwork is completed. Ensure trucks are out of depot to meet timed deliveries. Unloading of Line haul trucks and ensuring 100% freight is accounted for. Place freight in storage as required and ensure all freight is labelled and placed in correct bays. Maintain daily logs and emails as well as keep areas tidy at all times PM Supervisor Loading of Line haul Trucks ensuring load plans are filed and that all freight is manifested, scanned and labelled. Opening and closing of depot, Radio Room Operator in which I manage the day to day pick up and deliveries of the company fleet as well as program the following days' work to ensure all deliveries are planned to meet time requirements I also carry out weekly tool box talks with staff and train all new drivers in company requirements and standards. I also carry out all site Inductions for Drivers and Offsiders.
