About Me:

Studied Engineering, then started my work life as a maths teacher in Ethiopia. In New Zealand changed my career into manufacturing: assembly line technician then Process engineer in a motorhome factory. At the same time worked as a driver for Mobility Taxi company. Now looking for a job as an HR driver (truck or bus) i like to work in a team and I am easy going. I am flexible on my working hours, and looking for 30+ hours per week. I have my car, residing in West Melbourne. ready for immediate start. No physical or medical condition. Expected pay rate $20 and more. I am a quick learner and adapt myself to new environment easily. I am a hard worker, I will not leave a job for tomorrow if i can do it today. I have given complete satisfaction to all my previous employers and I am ready to do so. one of my greatest achievement is to be chosen to act production manager when the manager was in prolonged leave.

    ASSEMBLY LINE TECHNICIAN: (June 2010-July 2013) In July 2016 recommenced in the role of PROCESS ENGINEER. Oversee all aspects of the production line, monitor and evaluate the production process to minimise disruption. Liaise regularly with designers, purchasers, stores, and employees across the production line. Provide technical training, guidance and support to current and new employees in various work stations. Perform thorough quality and safety inspections on vehicles according to company standards. Strip, cut and prepare new vehicles, as well as complete the assembly of camper kits. Carry out carpentry and plumbing work in strict compliance with safety procedures. Work both within a team and independently depending on the tasks. Provide training to incoming staff. Identify and solve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner. Manoeuvring 7.5 m long motorhomes in the factory as well transporting them from one depot to the other.
