Operating Mini loader â— Arborist groundsman - â— Set up site to the company standard â— Removing all debris onsite either by hand or by mini loader â— Managing climbing and rigging ropes. Spotting climber and instructing from ground â— Ensuring the site remains tidy and left in a cleaner state then when we arrived. â— Operating chainsaw, felling and cross cutting trees. â— Pruning trees to Australian Standard 4373 â— Climbing arborist - â— Practice and perform aerial rescue â— Remove/prune trees in confined spaces â— Remove/prune trees using advanced techniques such as rigging â— Remove trees with the aid of a crane â— Team Leader - â— Take responsibility for all the actions of your three other crew members â— See to it that all truck drivers conducted the appropriate prestarts â— Record all Job times and any additional information that might aid the office, such as down time and contractor times. â— Conduct a tool box talk with the crew and complete a JSA â— Ensure all crew members are performing their duties and remain motivated throughout the day â— Collect payment at the end of the Job â— Yard Supervisor - â— Monitor equipment maintenance at the end of the day â— Delegate any different tasks that were given from the manager â— Deliver all maintenance forms to the operations manager at the end of every week â— Make sure that the trucks, plant and equipment are left operational at the end of the day and are held to an acceptable level of cleanliness â— Manage the levels of mulch in the individual bays and separate any palm from the piles, make sure that the palm is taken to the dump. â— Coordinate servicing runs â— Operations Manager - â— Use a task management app as a system to keep up with all tasks for the day/week/month â— Manage and supervise all operational staff â— Responsible for the management of human resources (in conjunction with the General Manager) being specifically; * recruitment * evaluations * training * inductions * termination * employee reviews * succession planning â— Ensure that we are presenting the highest quality product to our customer, through correct training and auditing â— Assist Scheduling of works and material purchases. (Project Manage) â— Maintain and assist in building relationships with new and existing clients by attending sales meetings and developing (alond side GM) a marketing strategy/plan â— Uphold current safety procedures and suggest improvements where needed â— Ensure all tasks are prioritised and managed by using a task management system â— Liase with accounts in regards to current contractor pricing and approval of onsite/contractor invoices â— Ensure all new employees are properly inducted and ensure further inductions take place when required. â— Assign maintenance duties to new employees. Arrange PPE bag and assign employee # and issue PPE/Uniforms â— Manage all reported faults to do with trucks, plant and equipment â— Ensure all monthly truck, plant and equipment audits have been undertaken
