Operations supervisor: In my current role I am responsible for the safe, efficient and cost effective operation of all Solid and Liquid Trade Waste collections. Implementing safety and productivity initiatives to increase revenue while reducing risk. Hanson Supervisor As a Supervisor I covered a number of tasks that include day to day supervision of Tipper and Tanker fleet, Cement Tanker Allocations for SA Concrete Plants, Weighbridge Operation, Contractor/Visitor Access Management, Driver Payroll and Purchase Orders. Cleanaway Fleet Supervisor I was responsible for all transport operations including collections, R&M and compliance for a fleet of 53 units comprising of liquid waste vac tankers, oil tankers, equipment service vehicles, industrial super vac trucks, emergency response units, taught liners and yellow gear. I was also tasked with supervision and leadership of 48 staff members This involves offering guidance and coaching to achieve their best results for safety, productivity and efficiency while being consistent with driver discipline and recognition. Other key points I was responsible for were to ensure operational and administrative processes are conducted in compliance with business practices, identifying and implementation of operational efficiencies to achieve exemplary customer service and contractual requirements. As part of the leadership team I had direct responsibility for meeting P&L budgets and cost control for Transport, Collections, Industrial Services, Equipment Services and Fleet Repairs & Maintenance.

Operations Coordinator: My responsibilities were to schedule all hook lift movements to ensure services are delivered for scheduled and contracted requirements, delivering a consistently high standard while exceeding expectations for strike rate and service KPI's. I also coordinated delivery, repairs and removal of waste bins, maintaining bin stocks, planning new customer rollouts and offer help and support to the other members of the operations team.
