Allcon Group
Mechanic: During my full time employment with Allcon group I worked in a workshop for the company and was in charge of repairs, maintenance and assembly of small engine concrete machinery. I also managed all admin for the workshop including computer work, reporting, statistics, invoicing and customer service. I also was responsible for all stock levels, warehousing and forklift duties and communicating between the other departments of the company. The workshop was also tasked with any R&D related matters and I was trained on welding, machining and general metal fabrication. Significant Achievements I have received recognition from my superiors toward the end of my apprenticeship for my hard working attitude and quality of work. I was also nominated for Apprentice of the year at Box Hill Institute in 2017. I was highly praised throughout my employment at Allcon group for my abilities to learn new systems quickly and understand business practices despite no formal training in them.

Automotive Mechanics Apprenticeship: I was employed with the Victorian Automotive Chamber of Commerce, and was placed in a host workshop Malvern Auto Tech. During my employment I was trained at Box Hill Institute and completed a Automotive Mechanics Apprenticeship (Certificate III in Light Vehicle Technology) My jobs included: Basic servicing or vehicles and related systems, diagnosis and repair of complex faults within vehicle electrical systems, diagnosis and repair of mechanical faults within vehicles. The range of vehicle's I worked on start from, cheap older Japanese cars, to high end modern luxury/performance vehicles

Front Area Team Member: During my brief time working for Mcdonalds, I have preformed many tasks, mainly I involving dealing with hundreds of patrons per shift, resolving small issues and providing first class service at a high speed. I have also been responsible for monitoring of stock levels and assigning tasks to other teams members. Significant Achievements I have received recognition from my peers and bosses in regards to my work ethnics and dedication to provide top customer service. July 2013 - November 2013 Victorian Arms - Retail/stock control During my casual employment at Victoria Arms I dealt with sales and advice to customers, including information regarding firearm laws, requirements, safety and correct application for various calipers and firearms. I also helped managed stock, maintain firearms and prepare postal orders.
