Exploration Operator: Responsibilities Provision of contract Exploration services to New Hope Mining. Site location and pegging using GPS data. Site Cultural Heritage Clearing with native land owners. Site mapping and preparation for Drill Rig crews including creation of suitable tracks and roads, creek crossings, drill pads and sumps. Cleaning up of waste product from worksite, levelling of drains. Driving Semi tipper delivering gravel for road construction. Utilising both side tipping and end tipping trailers.

Security and Safety Officer: 4 Star Resort Security and Safety duties covering all aspects of the resort operations including, transport, loss prevention/detection, OWHS, first aid and medical centre operations, emergency fire response, use of CCTV monitoring systems and computerised access systems. Proficient in front and back of house duties for all departments including F&B, Banquets, housekeeping, water sports and guest services, enabling all security personnel to fill in for these departments up to duty manager level. The security and safety department provided a help desk service to the resorts 350+ staff and up to 1100 guests. Responsible for all emergency situations including co-ordination of medical evacuations from the island with Rescue services. Entry into daily security logs to keep an accurate picture and analysis of the resorts events. The Security department handles all staff access onto and off the Island, all keys, equipment and cash floats issued, recorded and tracked daily through the security department.
