Driving trucks • Driving truck to multiple sites • Loading truck with front end loader • Operate Forklift in warehouse • Setting up Job site in a safe and timely matter • Signing onto SWMS and doing JHA and site assessments prior to commencing work • Completing job paperwork with clients • Management of team members, warehouse, holding yard, vehicles & equipment & on-site logistics. • Monitor, review and provide feedback to maximise sufficiency and culture. • Manage productivity, quality of work and compliance to health and safety and environmental procedures. • Working closely with the health and safety manager to identify and investigate health and safety and environmental risks, hazards and incidents. • Consult with team members and the Compliance Manager to monitor, review, receive feedback and improve on company systems and procedures. • Drive productivity. • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, potential clients and employees. • Set clear expectations for performance and provide constructive feedback where required. • Engage, empower and motivate employees. • Consult with the Sales Department, Compliance Manager, Finance Manager and relevant Operations Crew as required for away job logistics. Vehicle and equipment maintenance • Continually monitor, review and manage the performance of vehicles. • Maintain vehicle and equipment registers, records and documentation as required. • Ensure continual and accurate checks and measures of vehicles (pre starts). • Ensure all equipment is maintained as required to be operational. • Ensure compliance of equipment requiring testing and tagging in consultation with the Compliance Manager e.g. electrical, fall arrest and first aid equipment. • Manage the safe storage and purchasing of Operational consumables. Consult with the Compliance Manager for selection and storage of hazardous chemicals. • Manage the storage and stock levels of products relevant to job requirements in consultation with the Compliance Manager and the Sales Department • Manage the provision and purchasing of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
